Terms of Service
Welcome to EzyChoice. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, purchase of digital products, access to Shopify OS 2.0 themes, and installation of native Liquid/PHP code snippets. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any digital asset from EzyChoice or creating an account on our marketplace, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.
2. Digital Delivery & License Key Packaging
All products sold on EzyChoice are delivered electronically via instant file downloads upon payment completion. Your official single-store license key is packaged exclusively inside the downloaded product .zip file as a dedicated text file (LICENSE.txt) bundled directly alongside your source code.
3. Licensing & Single-Store Usage
Unless an Agency License is explicitly purchased, every item downloaded from EzyChoice comes with a Single-Store License. You are granted a non-exclusive right to install and use the digital product on one (1) active commercial website domain.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All source code, Liquid components, WordPress templates, UI elements, and technical documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of EzyChoice. Purchasing a license gives you usage rights, not ownership of the underlying source code.
5. Unauthorized Redistribution & Resale
You may not sub-license, resell, lease, share, or upload EzyChoice digital assets to any public repository, cloud drive, or third-party marketplace. Unlawful redistribution will result in immediate license termination and legal action.
6. Modifications & Code Customization
You are allowed to customize, modify, and integrate our themes and code snippets to fit your store branding. However, modified code remains under EzyChoice licensing terms and cannot be claimed or resold as an independent original product.
7. Technical Support & Updates
Every purchase includes 12 months of technical support and compatibility updates for major Shopify OS 2.0 and WordPress version releases. Support covers bug fixes and original product functionality but excludes custom third-party app integrations.
8. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
Prices for all digital products are listed in USD/AUD as applicable. EzyChoice reserves the right to adjust pricing or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Buyers are responsible for any applicable local sales taxes or foreign transaction fees.
9. Limitation of Liability
EzyChoice shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the improper installation, modification, or misuse of our code snippets or themes. Users are advised to test custom code on staging environments before deploying to live stores.
10. Termination & Contact Information
