Licensing Agreement

This Licensing Agreement governs the use of all Shopify OS 2.0 themes, WordPress templates, and custom Liquid/PHP code snippets purchased or downloaded from EzyChoice. By purchasing or installing our digital assets, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Single Store License (Standard)

Every standard purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use license. You are permitted to install and customize the theme or code snippet on one (1) active live domain and one (1) staging/development environment. Transferring the license to a secondary commercial domain requires purchasing an additional license key.

2. Usage Rights & Customization

You have full rights to modify, edit, and expand the code snippets, Liquid files, or CSS stylesheets to match your brand identity or client requirements. However, modified code remains subject to this agreement and cannot be claimed as original work for public distribution or reselling.

3. Prohibited Activities & Resale

You may not sub-license, resell, redistribute, upload to public repositories (such as GitHub or public cloud drives), or share EzyChoice assets with third parties. Packaging our Liquid code snippets or custom themes into commercial multi-vendor app bundles or theme store listings without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Developer & Agency License

Agencies and freelance developers working on client websites must purchase an individual Single Store License per client site, or upgrade to an Unlimited Agency License. Under the Agency License, you may deploy EzyChoice code snippets across multiple client stores, provided the end client does not receive direct access to the raw source files for redistribution.

5. Intellectual Property & Support

All source code, design layouts, and technical documentation remain the intellectual property of EzyChoice. Each license includes 12 months of technical support and compatibility updates for core platform upgrades (Shopify OS 2.0 / WordPress WooCommerce updates).
